Made in the Kyoto prefecture, this whiskey barrel aged soy sauce showcases a delicate, complex flavor that’ll blow your mind if all you’ve been used to having is the cheapy grocery store stuff.
Last but not least, this is a shoyu, which is not technically interchangeable with soy sauce. It’s more of a variety of soy sauce, so we just want to be clear to the internet police out there that we’re misrepresenting what it is. Most importantly, what it is, is delicious!
