This is a big boy sized 5-liter whiskey barrel for your at home whiskey aging, maturation, and experiments. A larger size means more room for whatever you’re cooking up next.
The most common at-home whiskey barrels you see are either 1 or 2 liters in size. At a large and in charge 5 liters, you can fit over six and a half full bottles of whiskey in there.
That’s a nice starting base for a large batch of an infused whiskey, a batched barrel aged cocktail you’re preparing for a party or just to have around the home, or your own personal house blend. It’s still just 1/10th the size of a full-sized whiskey barrel used for professional purposes so, so it’s plenty small enough to keep on hand.
